Metered features draw from your wallet at session close:

• BYOK routing (CDP + REST calls combined). Free up to 10,000 sessions per month. Above that, $0.0005 per session drawn from wallet.
• Bandwidth. Free, unlimited.
• Session recording. $0.007 per minute of encoded video.
• Observability broadcast. $0.05 per 1,000 events.

• Minimum top-up: $5.
• Maximum top-up: $25,000 per transaction.
• No processing fee. The amount you top up is exactly the amount added to your wallet.
• No signup credit. No monthly fee. No expiration on unused credits.
• Metered features require a positive balance. Free routing under the ceiling never requires one.

• Session logs: 60 days.
• Session replays (video): 30 days.
• Observability traces: 60 days.
• Profiles: indefinite.
