Refund window
You may request a full refund of any credit purchase within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account and include the transaction ID shown on your receipt.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Timing depends on your card issuer, typically 3 to 10 business days.
